Playing as the Romano_British
Is there a mod I can download or any modification I can make to be able to play as the Romano British during the Campaign?
It's not as simple as just moving their name to the playable list in the dscr_strat_text or whatever because they don't start out with any units.

Things are very seldom what they seem. In my experience, they’re usually a damn sight worse.

Yeah, descr_strat editing is not enough, however there is a mod in the downloads section that will unlock them for you. I remember downloading one a long time ago so it should be there

Re: Playing as the Romano_British
There's one mod that uses some kind of scripts to make the Celts take Britain from the WRE, and that triggers the Romano-British emergence from the first couple of turns. There's also another mod that lets you play the Romano-British as a provincial campaign - it simply gives the British regions controlled by WRE to the Romano-British.

Re: Playing as the Romano_British
Yeah, I've downloaded Goth's All Factions Mod.
I have to say, nothing beats the Romano_British. They have all the power of a Roman faction without the horrid bloated Empire in need of reform.
A nice faction for empire building.
