I downloanded 4.5 on 7z. format but i cant open it i tried everything 7z file manager,winrar,winzip i tried change its format to rar. zip. it says no archives found cant open as archive what should i do ?

I had the same problem as you, and I looked for an alternative, I found this :

You'll need a proper program to read the file though, I use utorrent on utorrent.com

Most of the 4.5 links are currently broken, although you can take 4.6 from the official page with no problem
