The worst trait which I hate is the trait Fiscally challenged or whatever that gives -10% trade per level, gained when any building is finished and if you don't have level1 market built, which I always build last or before leather tanner depending on needs, unless it gives trade growth bonus, so my chivalry generals which I put in towns to increase pop always have this trait, some even get to last level Trading liability -30% trade...

Disloyal is undoubtedly the worst- if I get any, I send them off on a ship to distant lands to rape and pillage, they can make me some money or die, whatever- they don't get any troops or money and must fend for themselves.
Is there one that's a cross dresser or homosexual trait?
As a matter of fact there is:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Uninhibited (Arse 1)- -1 Authority, gained after 1 point of Arse

At the end of any turn, if the general is in a settlement with 100% of his movement points, the game takes a random percent- if that percent is greater than 90, the general has a 1% chance to gain a point in Drink, Gambling, Arse, or Girls. If the general is at sea at the end of his turn, he gains a point of Arse with 3% probability.
I think the worst ones are Cuckold, Utterly Insane and Alcoholic.

LOL that's what I thought I had that trait will playing third age total war and my Boromir had it
It's only saving grace is that it doesn't really have any effect on the character's ability to govern a settlement, though the decreased piety certainly isn't helping anyone.
Coward is pretty darn bad. I got a general with it after a bad autocalc and now no matter what kind of army I give him, he can't win the easiest of autocalcs vs anyone, even rebels. Though looking at Cursed above, that might have it beat.
