Steam Crash

I downloaded the all the parts of the mod onto my desktop and because no folder appeared for the game I created my own folder, copied the folder into steam>steamapps>common>medieval2totalwar>mods. I then changed the name of the british isles campaign and then renamed the third age folder after that folder. When I try to start it, it acts like im starting regular medieval 2 then crashes with no error report or anything. I have windows xp by the way.

After downloading Third Age, have you RUN and INSTALLED all 4 Installers to your desktop and then moved the Third_Age_3 folder to your M2TW steam file? Or you just put those files in your M2TW steam WITHOUT installing them first?

I have quite the same issue . I downloade en new copy from Steam installed it ,downloaded Third age (up to 3.2) and also installed it. Even used the "steammodinstaller" elsewhere on this forum. But third age looks unstartable , clicking the icon on my desktop results in the medieval2 launcherapp running,from wich i can choose all campaigns except third age...

*UPDATE*
I know run the steammodinstaller with administrator and submitted it. Third age appaered as playable campaign but selecting it resulted in a crash with a total white,empty dailog box with just they "okay" button :s

*UPDATE* NOw it says ; "has encountered a fatal error and ..." With the dailog box itself called "CA LIBS".
