    Default Problems downloading on Steam

So I have M2TW on disc but since I wanted to get Kingdoms on steam I also had to download the steam version of M2TW. I did that and then tried to download TATW. I did everything the said to do on the website (downloading the game to programfiles>Sega>Medieval2TotalWar). But when I went into steam>steamapps>common>medieval2totalwar>mods the folder for the third age wasn't there. I tried downloading TATW to steam>steamapps>common>medieval2totalwar>mods but the folder still did not appear.

Are you using Windows 7 or Vista? If so, first disable UAC. (see here) Then do it like this:

Completely uninstall and remove any TATW related files.

Install all parts of TATW (3.0 Part 1, 3.0 Part 2, 3.1, and 3.2) to the desktop.

Then move the Third Age folder to the Steam/Steamapps/Common/Medieval II Total War/mods folder.

Then rename one of the Kingdoms campaigns to something else, like change americas to americas2.

Then rename the Third Age folder to americas. Finally, select the americas campaign from the Steam menu and the mod should launch.

Don`t open multiple threads for the same problem.

You have to INSTALL Third Age to desktop first, not just download it to desktop as I understood you.

    1. Find the Third Age files you downloaded and run them( double mouse click on them).

    2. Install them to your desktop,

use this ˝ ...˝ button from the picture above to point ALL Third Age Installers to Desktop ( it is important to point ALL Third Age Installers to DESKTOP).

    3. The Installers will install files to a folder named mods, open that mods folder ( found on your Desktop), and you will find Third_Age_3 folder in it.

    4. Then do this:

American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..
Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.
Let Syria be finally in peace.

A video of false chemical attack in Douma, Syria, which led to Western illegal attacks.
