That looks like a sweet animation for the trebuchets

Those horses in armor look kick-A!

And it doesn't look like there are more diplomacy options, but the info it gives about relations, priorities, and reputaion gives me hope that it may be much deeper this time.

Can't wait to see how this game turns out!

Incase the city has multiple walls.(*cough*Constantinpole*cough*)
However I've never heard of Medieval generals bringing in the siege gear through the city.(besides guns) :hmmm:

Because we will have to sometimes break through atleast 3 layers of walls.
So either the artillery will have alot of ammo and range or we will have to bring the battering ram or cannons inside.

I don't think so, if you notice the gates are to the right of the ram, its just being withdrawn as its battered the gates in.

Or maybe they are straightning it out so they can push it through
I mean the gate is huge, they should have no problem pushing that thing through.

I would think they would allow rams, cannons through so you can work the next inner walls. Ladders might make it but all hope for good pathfinding.

Did you see that "X10" in the UI's left corner (to the right of the map)? Could this be a return to the sliding speed control of MTW1? If so...yeah! That ridiculous 2X or 3X option of RTW always ****** me off!

    GREECE

They say: "Let there be no more war!"
    And straightway, at the word,
    Along the Mediterranean shore,
The call to arms is heard.

Greece could not let her glory fade!
    Although peace be in sight,
The race the Persian wars arrayed
Must fight one more good fight.

    Greece! Rise triumphant. Long ago
It was you proved to men,
A few may countless hosts o'erthrow:
    Now prove it once again!
