    I've noticed that the running/sprinting speed of The Night Goblin Archers and Night Goblin Netters is abnormally fast. Their marching and charging speeds seem fine it's just when they're running/sprinting do they move at a pace that's noticeably faster than other goblin units.

    I cannot find anything wrong with these 2 units in the descr_unit file that would explain the super fast running/sprinting speeds. The move_mod line is not the problem either as the movement modification for these two units is consistent with other goblin units yet the Night Goblin Archers and Night Goblin Netters still run/sprint noticeably faster than the other goblin units.

    1) I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this before?

    and/or

    2) Is it a problem with the Night Goblin Archers and Night Goblin Netters model or is there another file that is modding these two units running/sprinting speeds that I'm unaware of?

    I do not know yet if there are other units besides these two that run/sprint abnormally fast.

    Netters are using a faster animation set in battlemodels.db:

    Compare that to another goblin unit:

    If you change the netters entry to the following:

    That should fix the run speed. The netters_fast animation is the throwing anim so shouldn't effect run speed. If it does then you'll need to find a different animation to use instead. No time to check, off to bed.

    Thanks for the assistance. I did some testing based off of the information you provided and it is the lines:

    29 Warhammer_goblin_Netters_Fast (For the Night Goblin Netters)

    25 Warhammer_Goblin_bow_Fast (For the Night Goblin Archers)

    These two lines cause these units to run/sprint at abnormal speeds. My guess is because those are the primary weapons of those two specific units.

    The Night Goblin Archers is easy enough to fix as I'll just use the Goblin Archer lines to fix. The Night Goblin Netters is a different story as there is no other goblin unit like them. The closest is racial size is the Dwarfs_Miners but even then it distorts the nets of the Night Goblin Netters more so than normal (not too bad though).

    Irregardless this is a bug with the mod imo. Is there a more official way to report it or does this post suffice?
