So... Chain of the Mayor of Dale going to a Spy?

I started playing TATW after a few months off and after installing 3.2 I started to play as Dale for the first time. The first time around the major of Dale got the proper ancillary in the form of the Chain but I had to restart the campaign due to having to fix the reinforcements CTD bug. Now on my 2nd playthrough I noticed that the mayor wasn't getting the chain...and I just so happened to notice that the spy I trained in Dale had it instead and it wont transfer. Erm...halp? It's a handy ancillary for a mayor to have

Check the name of the ancillary in export_descr_ancillaries.txt, then use the console to remove it from the spy and give it to the general. Or make it transferable and transfer it normally.
