Im sure most of you are clueless about why all these revolutions have all started in the Middle east, many of you are brainwashed by mainstream media anyway. Former General Westley Clarke told the truth once though. Watch this video. This video is actually from 2007.

I dont know. I might bite for it. But some of these revolutions especially Egypt do not work in USA or Israel's favor if Washington's objective is to maintain power. If their objective is to spread chaos than yeah its in their interest. I just dont know their interest because the truth is too elusive to me regarding their motives.

The US has been behind a lot of regime changes in the past, in the Mid-East and elsewhere, which makes it understandable as to why many will assume it plays a role where it might not. Still, evidence is required beyond what is available to be convincing. US foreign policy has changed a lot since the Cold War era, and CIA backed coups aren't a big part of the picture anymore (thank goodness), but it has rightly given many of these nations that experienced them a healthy suspicion of the US.

I suppose you could say that these revolutions were "caused" by imperialism in an indirect way, since they generally established and backed dictator puppets that the people eventually overthrew in these latest revolutions.

It will probably take these people and cultures, completely new to democracy, a couple tries before getting it right, they may indeed give themselves some new dictators/theocracies first before they reach an equitable democracy, they are playing on an accelerated timetable compared to most of the rest of history.

What does imperialism have to do with an egyptian revolution that puts a government in power that isn't necessarily supporting of the US?

This post proves you have no idea how the world works.

I don't believe in a very big involvement of USA government in the beginning of the revolutions in the Middle East. But even if, it doesn't really matter. Main question is: Did people out there want to make revolution or not? Nobody is able to start an eruption of revolt, if people don't want it.

It's kind of funny that people think that just throwing money, or whatever, at people is all thats needed for massive government overthrowing revolts and public action. That is just not how the world works.
