I decided to make a separate post for this topic rather than enter it in the suggestions thread because I wanted to get the opinion of the community as well as the BC team as to whether or not the Jordan River should be incorporated in the next update.
For myself I think it has use for strategic purposes, not to mention accuracy on the physical geography of the area, and it also gives the land east of Jerusalem and south of Damascus a greater dynamic instead of them just appearing as a barren land of rugged plateaus and rolling dunes...
Also while on the topic of rivers the Orontes river placement is poorly drawn--ending before the mountains northwest of Antioch instead of through the mountains and out on the other side and into the sea--and makes Antioch appear as if it is right across a bridge, literally, when it is quite some distance, though the city itself does sit on the river's west bank. (google earth is a gem)
Thoughts?
