Installing patches

I want to install Kingdoms, so can someone tell me what patches exactly, in which order, and where from do I have to download and install before installation of Kingdoms?

The patches you need are on your Kingdoms disc.
Except for the 1.5 patch, of course.

Kingdoms won't install unless M2TW is patched to v1.3. With kingdoms discs, it first checks that and updates the game if not and then installs as v1.4. After that there is one more final patch, v1.5, which you would have to install. In steam no such things is required, it only applies on boxed version.

I have installed M2TW Gold and I've patched Kingdoms to V1.5 but M2TW still shows V1.2. I've heard that Kingdoms V1.5 won't install unless M2TW V1.3 wasn't installed, correct? So does Gold M2Tw already patched to V1.3? But why does it only show V1.2.

So when I run the V1.3 patch I get this message: "This 1.03.000 update cannot be applied to the 1.03.0000 version of the game." In game in options M2TW shows its V1.02. Should I just disregard that?

Medieval2 is 1.2 for singleplayer. Nothing wrong.
The 1.3 patch was purely for multiplayer.
