How do I mod gun accuracy to in dbeditor to make the guns shoot like guns in this game

In the DB Editor scroll down to unit stats and you can change the accuracy if you scroll across the tables. Got a question for you. had to downlaod db editor onto a new computer because my old one crashed. download successfully made the changes i wanted and but in the user.empire_script folder but the changes dont seem to work the only reason i could come up with is maybe the db editor on total war forum has a fault. where did you dowload yours and if you did download from total war forum as well what else do you think will be the problem? i even went back to the instruction on youtube to make sure i did everything correctly.
