To usher in the New Year, the Westeros Total War team brings you a preview of dazzling units and spectacular locations.

Emperor of Hell presents the emerald armies of House Tyrell, one of the wealthiest factions in Westeros, and their units represent this wealth with rich colours and rich armour.

Inarus and Makanyane present a unique battle map settlement: Moat Cailin, a castle long fallen into ruin and half sunk into the bogs of the Neck. Despite showing little strength in its shattered walls and broken towers, it remains the most significant castle of House Stark, capable of throwing back hosts far superior in size when fully garrisoned. Makanyane's map presents the ghastly bogs and deadly pools of the Neck, filled with treacherous reeds and vegetation and trees which loom above the passing armies. It is a place terrible to behold and treacherous to explore.
