A non-scripted campaign option?

I just saw different campaign options in pericillious submod in third age total war mod like a fourth age campaign,third age without alliances,with strict alliances, mtw2 like freefrom campaign etc.

Why not give the same options under custom campaigns here?
-A non-scripted campaign that has strict alliances.
-A freeform campaign with no alliances.
etc.

I will be including a non-scripted sandbox campaign with my submod. I'll be adding it for myself so I can fine tune the campaign AI/recruitment etc, and will release it also. Difficult to determine exactly how the AI is performing with all the scripts triggering.
