My saves just disappeared...

I can not understand.. I installed windows 7 like week ago, installed medieval and played two days ,yesterday everything was ok. To day I started game and everything was gone, not even game settings were saved. Can anyone explain what could happen?

Did you disable the UAC? Or enable it?

Well I did what is wrote there. But my saves folder is still empty. Do I have to start new campaign?

you may want to check your permissions in your antivirus. I had one that loved playing games.

I do and it caught Trojan two weeks ago.

Well I had XP like 5 years straight, without antivirus, I would not even install new windows, my brother did.
