Help needed i cannot get my CoW 1.5 to work

I have tried nearly everything that I have found to try install the game and get it working, I downloaded the game in 14 small parts from the empire. ru forum and I installed it properly into the correct folders as shown in screenshots, i have the latest update for Kingdoms (1.05) i have disabled user accounts controls, there is no problem with the file location there isnt any spaces in the batch file location script (as shown in screenshots) but whenever i load the game it comes up with the error box and closes, so please help im desperate to play this game i have tried every fix i have found in the thread so is there anything i have missed ?

Sorry i would of posted in an existing thread but for some reason i was denied
