1. Spam is fine as long as there are sufficient contributions to make the case for ascension in rank.

2. A CdeC's Councilor's job is to state their feelings/beleifs and fight to the bitter end if they feel a cause is just. The views eminating from the peanut gallery don't count, and if they are suffiecient to taint a CdeC member's moral compass...then that member should step down.

I am going to be voting Yes, I believe he is someone who has done a lot, if not in quantity but in quality, maybe I'm just feeling nostalgic about when I had to research mod articles in the ES. He has also done a lot of other works, and has promise in the modding fields, and he's getting a better attitude.

I have voted no.

The attitude and general behaviour is everything I could ask for in a candidate. Helpful, friendly, active and considerate...

Unfortunately his released stuff is just too sparse and although he has been very active in modding (maps etc) I cannot count unreleased material as a contribution. I have to side with robinzx on this matter.
No matter how great his modding work is, if it's not released (even a bugged beta version) then I can't consider it as work done because nobody can enjoy his work. Once the mods have been released then he'd be an easy yes.

A very difficult no this time from me but I would have loved to vote yes with a couple more articles or small modding work done I'd be able to vote yes without a doubt in my mind.

On checking it would appear that he as rarely started any threads within TWC to create a discusson, his large post count comes from reactive posting. The write ups are well presented, nicely displayed, but are short. As none of the mods are released I cannot count them, although I am huge fan of War of the West.
