I'm starting my first turn on RTRVII. It seems to be working, in that I can move my army that's in the field. But I can't activate my generals or soldiers that are in the cities, and I can't end my turns.
Any ideas?
Thanks

click on the show me how button when the adviser pops up.
"To say of what is that it is not, or of what is not that it is, is false, while to say of what is that it is, and of what is not that it is not, is true" ~ Aristotle
Not sure what the "Show me how" button is. Don't see anything labeled "show me how" anywhere. But it works when I click on the adviser's face. Then I seem to have to click on the X a few times before I can do anything else. Not really sure what's going on there, but then it seems to work, until I get a crash upon trying to start my battle, but I put that in the next post, as this problem appears to be solved.
Thanks again!
The Show me how button is right next to the advisor's face, a stick with a hand. But you seem to have been able to start the script anyway. You have to do it at the start of a campaign and click it a few times until the two historical battles are over. When you want to load or start another campaing while staying in the game, you have to delete it by clicking on the ''?'' in the menu. However, this is not necessary when having the game started anew.
"Pompeius, after having finished the war against Mithridates, when he went to call at the house of Poseidonios, the famous teacher of philosophy, forbade the lictor to knock at the door, as was the usual custom, and he, to whom both the eastern and the western world had yielded submission, ordered the fasces to be lowered before the door of science."
