Unit availability
I am wondering why every faction can get all units so fast in the campaign? I mean, in other mods or in vanilla TW games it takes a while to get the good units and I kinda like that but here you almost start with the best units available for the faction.
Or do I overlook something?

Re: Unit availability
It's a choice by the developers. As you may have noticed, CoW isn't like any normal mods, they have created a mod which is unique and action-packed, with less focus on building up.
It is a short campaign also, and usually finished by around turn 100 or so (yes, you can continue, but the main events are over).
All a matter of preference again. Some like the style while others prefer more vanilla style gameplay.

Yes, due to the nature of the mod, having just basic troops would make the game much less enjoyable from the start. It's balls to the walls from the beginning, and you still get (or don't) more powerfull stuff along the road, like Witch hunters, Regiments of Renown, Steam tank, Minotaurs, Black Grail Knights, Chaos undead, mages, and so on...
