got a problem

i there guys and i need help with a problem. I am new to the forums so dont judge me but here is my problem. So everytime i am starting a land battle a campaign or a custom is that right when it is finished loading the game crashes i have everything downloaded even the 3.2 reuploaded and i have been looking around for any answer but i cant find any on the thread so is it anybody that can help me like do i need to reinstall the game or is it something that cannot be fixed :/ PS i am playing at windows 7

Did you install the patch 1.5 for Kingdom ?

This is one of the most common bugs reported and luckily there are fixes. Check you the Bugs subforum you will find many topics on it.

You need to turn off your automatic daylight savings if i'm correct
