Uncomparable quality to choose from, but its Osgiliath for me.
Had brillant battles there, you can get sandwhiched if its not rebuild and two armies attack you, so it offers various options to take & a challenging difficulty. I ing fell in love with Fountain guards at one battle

Moria is lovely as well but pretty easy, although not as easy as Cair Andros & Minas Morgul.

i'm gonna have to say the Hornburg for this one. not only have i fought more battles there than anywhere else, the battles are just consistantly epic. no matter what side your on there seems to be difficulty in NOT losing rediculous ammounts of men, which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when observing the battlefield after an engagement. with all the bodies piled up around the gate and on the walls...so beutiful...

Either Osgiliath for being able to be rebuild, or simply Minas Tirith for the huge amount of details in it and general looks. If I were to be very honest, I'd say that a lot of custom settlements look a bit "empty". I know this is for pathfinding issues and such too, yet I can't help but to notice the limitations of the engine here. They all still look great of course, but I appreciate the ones that give the vibe of a real, living city/fortress. Esgaroth looks awesome as well.

personally I think, the best made is still Minas Tirith (an Minas Morgul - if the walls where accessible)
a close second place holds the Hornburg.

Edoras I simply love how the city looks . And second would be the Black Gate.

Minas Tirith is indeed the most impressive custom settlement of all, BUT it isn't the best playable. This is Hornburg !

Cair Andros for me.
This settlement is not too big, but there's still alot of room to place an entire stack inside the walls. And the sieges here are the most fun in my experience.

Easily the Hornburg for me. It feels more like fighting a full on battle rather than overunning a peaceful city.
However, I really want to fight in the generic elf/orc ones, Caras Galadhon and Henneth Annun to see what they're like.

They are all beautiful but cause I grew up playing rpgs such as D&D and fighting countless rpg battles in dungeons I chose Moria. It brings so many good memories back. The claustrophobic feel to fight in a dark cave feels so immersive. I wish we would have more settlements like that.

I wish you could rebuild moria like osgiliath. It broke my immersion retaking Moria and then for years having to defend it as an old run down place even though I had 20000 dwarves living there ha.

I voted esgaroth, not because of the version you guys know but because the new one I have on my pc, wich will very likely be released on the next patch.
