Hi Dylan, I'm sure those specs will be more than fine. I run Shogun 2 on a laptop which is now nearly 3 years old and not as powerful as that one and I can run it with high graphics setting.
I have an i5 cpu, ATI radeon HD 5470 and 4 gig ram
Sorry but I must disagree.
dylan1381 - the specs you posted have one major point to consider with games like S2TW: no dedicated hardware accelerator. The laptop you are looking at only has on-board Intel HD 4000 GPU which is slightly less than ideal for high-to-max detail settings; on top of that you won't be able to play in native resolution for your screen (1920x1080) at an acceptable FPS rates.
If you're OK playing the game on medium detail in slightly lower res then you should be fine, otherwise you will end up a bit frustrated having just spent 800 bucks. Hope this helps.

neither of those 2 laptops will run anything pretty well.
take a look for coupons for the dv6 and the inspiron 15r, the problem is really the budget, good offerings start around 1k, there you can get entry level gaming like a np9150 with a 670mx or at least a 650m
take a look at sager/clevo offerings in the several retailers, xoticpc is one that you can take a look
