    I have been searching for a 4 turns-per-year mod, but have been unable to find one. Does any exist? And if no, it would be a brilliant addition.

    Yes a 4tpy script exists, you can use the one made for normal RTW in my mod. No, im not going to include it in Gold, i do not think it is needed.
