RSII Not Loading

Everytime I try to play, the screen flashes dark, I see the splash screen, and then it crashes with this:

Script error in data/descr_battle_map_lighting_and_fog_control.txt, at
line 7,column 1.
expect reading min_light_intensity

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, and installing to different folder. Please help!

Please post a screen of your game folder.
