Default Abu Qatadas home paid for by you

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...-paid-you.html

Qatada, 52, who has been described as Osama Bin Laden's right-hand man in Europe, remains on bail in London. Home Secretary Theresa May lost the latest round in her battle to deport him to Jordan, where he is accused of being involved in bomb plots against foreigners.
Surely this man does not deserve to stay in a country he hates so much.He is a terrorist and he cant be gotton rid of.What sort of immigration policy is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine he moved in net to us?His legal aid fees are being paid also.I think even the Queen rang up and asked the powers that be why is he still in the country.
Sometimes we give people too many human rights. The European Court would not allow Britain to evict him it is about time country's took some power back from European Courts.

THE British taxpayer has footed more than £500,000 in legal aid for hate preacher Abu Qatada, the Government have revealed.
As of December 5, the Legal Services Commission (LSC) had paid out £515,778 to Abu Qatada in legal aid.
Final bills have not been received - so sum total could stand at even MORE.
The figure was released to Labour MP Valerie Vaz in a written parliamentary answer by Justice Minister Jeremy Wright.
He said: “The LSC is the body with operational responsibility for legal aid in England and Wales.
“The LSC have not received final claims from Abu Qatada’s solicitors, but have confirmed that they had provided £515,778 in legal aid funding to Abu Qatada as of December 5.”
The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Siac) last month upheld Qatada’s appeal against deportation to Jordan as it ruled that despite assurances from the Arab kingdom, it could not be sure evidence from witnesses who had been tortured would not be included in a retrial in his homeland.
Last week The Sun revealed how the hate cleric quit his £400,000 taxpayer-funded home — only to move into another.
The 52-year-old Islamic fanatic is fighting deportation to Jordan on terror charges — and it was hoped he was being put on a plane to the Middle East.
But instead he is believed to have been handed an even larger gaff in London with his wife and five children after leap-frogging to the top of the waiting list.
Extremist Islamic cleric Qatada — once described by a judge as “Osama bin Laden’s right-hand man in Europe” — was first arrested in Britain in 2002.
He has dodged deportation by claiming prosecutors may use evidence gained through torture.
He was released from jail last month after winning his latest court battle with Home Secretary Theresa May.
The Government is appealing against the decision but Qatada - convicted of terror charges in Jordan in his absence in 1999 - remains in the UK on bail conditions including a 16-hour curfew, wearing an electronic tag, not using the internet, and not contacting certain people.
All you ave to do to skip the waiting list and get a house is preach hate and plan to blow up western people.Have lots of kids and get loads of children's allowance and a big house. And some fool will work every day and pay ta so you can do it.No wonder people are flooding into this easy way of life from abroad.

I have no idea what you are talking about with bankers, greeks, and unguided english youth. Do you have me confused with someone else? I haven't commented on either of those 3 anytime lately/at all and i have no idea what you are referring to with OWS.

OWS stands for occupy wallstreet. Me thinks thats a pretty commonly known acronym, but apparently you try the dumbfounded strategy in full completion, since it fits nicely with you not remembering your reactionary talk when its not people of middle-eastern descent but capitalist-elites.

Yeah, they are right, trying to communicate with you is a pointless effort. I still have no idea what you are talking about and you refused to be more specific...

Oh I never tried to communicate with you. I just once more exposed another reactionary hypocrite proto-facist line of posting for everyone remembering your ramblings about dirty hippys needing to feel the stick.

May it be because the man is not allowed to work? That and the Home Office has tied itself in knots over the extradition issue.I think one can guess why he had to move.

Not glad he is still here, but at least we are approaching this legally and abiding by the courts. You can’t be selective about freedom, or its pointless. Plus, he is hiding behind the principles he has fought against, not sure there is a better way to show what a hypocritical coward this man is.

Qatada is an important case that will determine our future policy of extradition. Try to see the big picture, beyond a Daily Mail headline.

Of course the taxpayer is not paying for the home, it already has an owner, a private landlord. The cost to the taxpayer is £8,400, which works out significantly cheaper than internment which is the only alternative as the legal process drags itself out. THere s the question of why the rent is too damned high, but let this person explain.

The rent is to damn high in part because of government encouraged low interest rates (I know independent BoE but come on) and government subsidisation of rents. If DHS support had been capped at £300 fifteen years ago instead of £400 today it would have made a difference to rental markets, it would have helped slow price inflation. If social housing in the millions which is what is required had been built then the rent would not be to damn high.

Labour precided over the massive inflation in rent and house prices and as such largely the economic crisis. Conservatives have started to address it by capping housing benefit but where is the mass dense house building program? Nowhere. It is literally the one thing which could help stimulate and solve normal working class benefit and non benefit claiming peoples problems. Don't get me started on addressing sustainability issues which government, if it must have all that power and finance at its fingers could actually help address as opposed to endless paint by the number architecture new estates.
