Hello all,

Sorry to but in on your hotseat but I thought I would see how it has progressed since I left. I couldn't help but notice the comments about the AR battles.

A full stack of spearmen will beat a stack of Dothraki because

1) Dothraki are classed as light cavalry - Light cavalry suck in AR battles
2) Spearmen have the 'Bonus vs Cavlary' attribute - This factors into the AR algorithm.

HOWEVER -

In this version, Archers, Knights (and all non-Dothraki cavalry) and Heavy Infantry should perform BETTER and not worse in AR battles as they have been granted 'secondary hitpoints' - There is no reason for HI to lose to spearmen if generals and other factors are equal

I would suggest make dothraki cavalry some sort of heavy cavalry for lores sake. I would bet that a horde of dothraki riders could lay waste to a standard army of spears and swords.

Kinda like the mongols, where half the enemies army would be filled with arrows before melee was met.
Also, some people in the books mentioned how open battle with dothraki was a futile affair.
The dothraki archers are very very expensive, and very very useless in AR battles.
