    Default [Motherboard drivers for windows 8] should I download them from Motherboard page? (The original motherboard driver disk not compatible with windows 8)

    The Intel P61/H61 Utility DVD containing chipsets/Serial-ATA/Network/Audio Drivers and bios doesnt run with windows 8. So should I download them from motherboard page? Should I download the lates bios too if so ?

    So I should download all of these ( including bios ) even I dont have those exclamation yellow signs on device manager? Can you go to the download section for my motherboard and choose windows 8 64 bits and BIOS and read those warnings there.Should I ignore those and install the first in the entry "F8d bios"?

    Let me put it this way. I don't trust Microsoft to do this job worth a damn and do it myself from the manufacturer's website.

    I have had to reinstall and update more of these drivers after a fresh install of Windows than I have fingers and toes because Microsoft does nothing about keeping their installer up to date for such things.
