Now all the world should admit NK is a developed and advanced country!

We should make a celebration for the great Kim and stop throwing them food or treating them like beggars.

First off, all missiles are ballistic. Ballistic means thrown and a missile is a projectile. A stone or javelin or arrow is a ballistic missile. We really need to stop calling these things that. It's a suborbital surface to surface rocket.

    What century is this?

I'm not impressed. I'm fairly certain with a few physics books, some power tools, and the right materials I could make a high explosive suborbital surface to surface rocket in my backyard.

I got an A in high school physics and my uncle and grandfather work(ed) in the military industrial complex.

Watch yourselves Korean aerospace engineers. Average everyday normal guy from the first world is coming for your funding.

    Gimme the loot.

...you can also make a nuke using two bits of right materials and a really big hammer...

Razumeces ih srcem strasljivim...Sta ti sa smelim glasom govore,

If you think you can make a ballistic missile of that scale with high school physics knowledge then you're merely committing suicide.

It's probably going to blow me up, but if I don't blow myself up trying, I'm going to spend the rest of my life thinking about the opportunity cost.

Of course even if I succeeded they're going to put me away.

All those jokes are good, but very few country have the capability to launch a rocket to the orbit. Maybe our US friends must remember that their country does not anymore have capability to send astronauts to orbit and they musk ask russians for help. Of course sending a human is different then sending a nuclear bomb to orbit but that's quite an accomplishment for North Korea.

In the meantime, the people of North Korea suffers from hunger and hardship of course.

US retired its space shuttles, thats why. The thing is, many think this rocket they launched is not for satellites. Many think its just them testing out new a new long-range missile.

Because many people do not think its a rocket bringing a satellite into space?
