    Default Sprites keeping old color

    I wrote a little utility to generate sprite_script.txt and then insert references to generated sprites into descr_model_battle.txt . Sprite generation seems work fine and I get all sprites generated properly (with right colors and models). But in game they are not used for some reason. I convert them to dds -dx5t with nvdxt utility.

    I do know that my sprites are used in some cases at least ( i had wrongly generated some mounted units with wrong riders position - and this I saw in game ,as well as proper positions after regenerating properly).

    Example (cretan archer unit)- in BBW 7.0 they have red skin, sprites generated have red skin too. But in game i see green skinned sprites. Here is what I use for this model:

    1. When converting the sprites to .dds are you adding .tga onto the end of their name? If not you need to.

    2. Do the sprites you are generating have the same name as some of the default sprites, if so you will need to rename them.

    Renaming did it thanks! . Another question are mipmap levels for sprites actually usefull ?
