Default How to repair TW:M2 classic (vanilla) grand campaign ?

After installing bunch of different mods to my Medieval 2 copy (inc. Third Age, Broken Crescent, Sicilian Vespers,Deus Lo Vult), Grand Campaign ceased working.
When I start .NET error appears (with details below), however I am able to continue and start the game. But after choosing grand campaign I received error something about cannot choose item. I've found some descr_strat.txt file on the net, but now after choosing a faction(I have only 5 factions to choose : Denmark, Milan, Egypt ..) tt takes me back to main menu.
I do not want to reinstall Medieval 2 as I have plenty of mods i do not wish to reinstall them, as long as kingdoms and patches and so on.
Can you help me, advise which files can be potentially broken, and best - send them to me ?
I think proper vanilla descr_strat.txt would be welcome for a start... Thank you.
