    Default Proposal Income

This is mostly for places like Moria and Ruhn that are divided and like wise you gain less because you don't have complete control of all of the sectors. This also will give people a reason to invade and entice people to try and conquer and keep land. I am using Moria as an example because it is the only place with labeled regions as of yet.
Moria is at the moment divided into 12 regions. To gain control of all 12 regions you most send your men to fight and die and gain control of the rest of the land. You gain nothing from each region but it would stand to reason that gaining more land gives you a larger income. My proposal is as follows Each kingdom is divided into sub regions. Each region gives your nation an income of 200 gold if good and 100 slaves if evil. So to use my example Moria. Moria has 12 regions total aka this gives a potential 2,400 gold or 1,200 slaves. Lets say the dwarfs control 1 region they get 200 gold. for balancing purposes I would give the Dwarfs of Moria a large expedition boast. So untill they gain control of 5 regions within Moria they are automatically boasted up to 1,000 gold a turn to supply the expedition. After they gin control of five regions they lose the bonus and if they lose a region it does not come back. Now say the Goblins control 5 regions that gives them an Income of 500 slaves a turn. This is not boasted as thy are already established if they lose a region they are down to 400. Now what this means for other nations. Unlike other rpg's where conquering a region hinges on one city this gives nations the ability to hold out and resist longer. As we are a rather small map it can make the flow of the game move more smoothly in the end. For the other nations if you lose a territory to another warring nation your income is deducted and it is instead added to the other players income. So if our Orcs of the Misty mountain Player takes over a territory in say the Iron hills the Iron hills player losers 200 gold from his yearly income witch is instead given to the Misty Mountins player as a 100 slave bonus. Suggestions? Ideas? thoughts?

It's called the evil colonies build their economic improvements early. I'm up to 950 per turn and by the next turn can be up to 1,250. I don't see any problems with being an evil colony yet.

Actually, it's the opposite. I can get a total of 500 added. If these don't/do stack, a Goblin faction can get double that/or far more in the end ( either 1,000 or 2,600)

I think it's a good system, though we would have to establish territories.

    This proposal is irretrievably unbalanced.

    Please explain why
edit I am trying to balance the already unbalanced income
edit again It seems like good factions get a ton more gold then evil factions make slaves I believe making them both 100 would be best. Good factions have not a single place where income is under 1000. Even the Dwarfs of Moria. (control 1 territory) make more then the goblins. (control of several) Yet some how are prices are the exact same why is this? Every evil colony is under 1,000. This seems inherently unbalanced a way to increase your income through conquest seems to fix this in my mind.

Do I have to spell this out? Army bonuses based on size invariably favors goblins, which really unbalances things. This proposal doesn't have merit.

I believe that the Evil Faction economy is designed to encourage them to raid other nations

This adds to that by encouraging conquest. aka more land = more slaves

Adding sub sections and other stuff just seems too much micro management stuff. We want this to be simple and not complex. I mean right now, everything is fine in my views. No complaints about income nor levies. And since we have do not have a province map, gonna be difficult in doing stuff like that.

And Income is perfectly fine now. It makes people conscious of what they are buying. Not buying just to get what they want to trounce everyone...but be a analytical person. Such as will I need more bows or a better trader for this year? What are my future plans? How do I plan to achieve them with what resources I can buy?
