    Also, to answer the thread title, the moderators answer to only one person, that being Eru himself. They are above the Valar, indeed some speculate that they are the Ainur who stayed with Eru.

    Alternatively, they were the deadliest and most secret of weapons devised by Morgoth, unleashed during the War of Wrath, they came in a never befire seen wrath, slaughtering hundreds of double posts, executing threads by the dozen ( Even though half of them were stupid and were pointless)
