    Bad news, you probably have to restart your campaign. In a fresh TATW 3.2 install there is a broken bit of code which makes the Mumakil Training Ground unable to be built. You can fix this by replacing a simple text file in the game folder. Read post #10 from Moneybags from the link below.

    Actually I'm pretty sure you don't even need to restart your game.

    Yeah, a restart isn't needed (barring any unforeseen problems). Just remember you also need the mumakil resource in the region.

    By the way,Mumakil is the plural, and Mumak the singular.
