Elves: Double your bow production for all tier I - tier 3 bow buildings, increase spear production by 50 for all tiers

Goblins: Increase your armor production in all tiers by 500

Evil Men and Good men: Increase horses by 250 for every tier

So its production now and not just flat received armour?

For now just flat received armor. If I change it to production I'll allow you to collect armor that would have been produced retroactively, and that goes for everyone. Seeing the unit rosters helps me see where certain factions are lacking

Shall I update the purchases that I made with this years money yeterday? (I got a little confused, but now I am up to date I don't want to miss out on extra troops I could have had if I had not got confused about when the years starts)

Yes, these changes go into effect immediately and retroactively.

What might need to happen in the future to make buying higher tiers viable is a change from the quantity produced (which will remain the same) to increasing the quality. Don't hesitate to buy higher tiers and point out any deficiencies to me. I'm 90% sure they will be changing anyway.
