560 ti twin frozr 2 fan problems

Basically this happened to me too, the fan has been making strange noises for some time but worked because I checked it while keeping my tower open.

Now that this piece of fan just starts and stops my temps are 77c after about 20 minutes of skyrim. So my question is how to handle this, can I change the fan or something, or do I have to use the warranty?

I would prefer to fix it or change the fan without using the warranty and potentially waiting months for it, my only other pc is a laptop and well I don't want to have to rely on it.
