    Default RW Punishment (Massive Spoilers)

What would be your punishment for Walder Frey for his part/ idea of the RW?

Punishments can be either corporal, monetary, hereditary, and mystical.

My personal favorite is along the lines of what LS and Nymeria are doing to the Freys. Line them all up in front of Walder and kill them off until he has no heirs left. Make him a eunuch, strip him of the twins and imprison him under Riverrun the castle he's lusted over his entire life.

    2. Introduce him to the others and then have Drogon burn him once he comes back as a wright.

Changed title, I was about to delete it but I'm in a good mood. Watch the spoilers in the title next time.

Kill his heirs and attach bricks in the shape of towers to their heads.
Give the twins to the loyal Freys (Maybe), castrate Walder, take off his hands and make him the fool of Rickon. Maybe Shaggydog can eat him?

Guys, be merciful! Just kill Walder and every single one of his brood and be done with it...

Assuming Stannis would take the throne, i would burn the Twins with all of Freys inside.I would burn the Dreadfort before though.

Simple, kill every frey you can find, drag Walder out of the Twins, let him watch as you burn the Twins to the ground, destroy the bridge and salt the soil and then kill him.

Then remove and burn all references mentioning House Frey and create a song in the style of Rains of Castamere, that shows people what happens if they break the sacred guest rights.

In 50 years, the only memory of house Frey will be the one of the song, all other things will be removed.

This, with the special punishment of being drawn, hanged and quartered for the Head Walder. But that would be after going Basileios Boulgaroktonos on the collective rear end of his entire House.

To elaborate, pulling a Basileios Boulgaroktonos is doing pretty much this: after the battle of Kleidion the victorious Roman Army captured 14.000 Bulgarian soldies. Basileios gave the order to round them up in hundreds, blind 99 men and leave the hundredth one-eyed to lead them back to their homeland. It was due to this event that he gained the nickname Boulgaroktonos which means Bulgar-Slayer in Greek. Doing something similar to the Freys would be deliciously cruel.

Hopefully most of them will die, however im not certain that everybody deserves it, Walder Frey (Big) for example seems like a good guy in contrast to his cousin (Little) Walder Frey.

    - He says that he knows Wyman Manderly killed the freys who visited white harbor and that he would have done the same thing.
    - He is described as smart rather then cruel by Theon Greyjoy.
    - He reminds Reek of his name, possibly to avoid more flaying.

Hopefully he will be the last of them standing and claims the Twins!

Even before then, he's the one who's always sticking up for Bran when Little Walder bullies him, and generally acts in a polite, honourable and un-Frey like manner. There's a few others like Perwyn who were too loyal/honourable to participate in the RW.

Special scorn for Lame Lothar who was the one who came to Riverrun all soothing words and conciliation, and was actually one of the prime architects of it.

that shows people what happens if they break the sacred guest rights.
So what should happen to the NW since they broke Guest Rights at Crasters Keep? As Mormont himself tried to tell them, the gods would curse them.

fed to the remaining direwolves if possible

they are big wolves so hopefully they can go through a bunch of them a day

walder frey greatest legacy is family and the continuing of his genes (why else have 100 kids and take care of ALL of them) and if you could destroy that legacy by wiping out all the freys then i think would be fitting punishment but not entirely just for the few innocent freys

Olyvar and Roslin weren't that bad too.

Everyone who did got killed by Coldhands/froze to death/were killed by wights and Others. Reasonably fair, especially since Craster was a pretty horrible person and pulled an axe on them.

Some of them are listed in the family trees at the back of ADWD as if they were still alive.

So am I the only one who finds the Boltons cool
Probably. I mean, Roose is pretty badass, but he's still a turncloak, a traitor, a murderer and a torturer. Ramsay is just a sick littly Just like paedos re-offend as soon as you let them out, showing mercy will do nothing to re-form his character.

And a house that has a flayed man for its sigil, and actually takes pride in it? Sorry House Bolton, but you're for my Westerosi scrapheap, along with the Greyjoys.

The appendix lists the people who were alive at the start of the books, not by the end of it. If you look at a storm of swords, Robb is listed as Lord of Winterfell, and alive.

Hmmmm he is just a perfect villain and is he really a turncloak? His family have been stark enemies for generations...

Yeah taking a sigil to scare your foes...I mean it's not like any other faction does that *Glances over at, wolf, dragon, lion, Kraken banners...* They are masters of the fear tactic, can't begrudge them for that, I'll begrudge them for actually being evil dicks.

Nothing redeemable about ramsay. He will die, I just enjoyed Roose's aura and now how perfect of a villain he's become, good motivation and isn't just a psycho like Joff or Ramsay, he could be but it's all just under the surface.

I would make a new bridge though, because it was useful to get south into the riverlands.

Crucify each and every member of House Frey (bastards, women, and children) along the length of the Kingsroad that runs near the Twins, saving Lord Walder Frey for last.

Flay him alive, then throw him in a sky cell, with Mord as gaoler, with neither food nor water.

The Freys that had no part in the Red Wedding, I would give them all quick, clean deaths. Guilty by association, and I'm sure they suspected something of the wedding

Now the ones that had a part in the Red Wedding, those characters I truly want them to suffer, most of all Walder(and Roose)

I would have them all flayed, bit by bit, and have them starved and allow them to eat the body parts they have wanted cut off to stop the pain and their own skin. As for Black Walder and Walder Frey, I would have a limb removed for every lord or heir of a Northman House that had been imprisoned or killed during the Red Wedding. Dacey Mormont did not need to die. Once nothing remains of Black Walder save for a torso and his head, I would have him burned, Stannis the Mannis way, on a boat that starts a fire under the bridge of the Twins.

As that's happening and flames lick at the Twins I would have Walder the old watch as the only real monument of his House is burned down and I would fill the ground with the bodies of Frey bannermen who rode down the Northmen in the camps. Then as the majority of House Frey is obliterated, I would plant a Weirwood on the side of the river where Robb died, and have Walder water it with his blood as I personally struck of his head.(But not a clean cut. I would do it with a plain longsword, so that he feels the pain of the first cut, and knows that there is nothing left of any Freys.)
