Let me ask u guys a question. Can it be possible for a game to be to modded. Like I have The RTR mod, and all, but I make my own adjustments to my liking. Can that in turn freeze up the game. During the campaign turns and all. Or is it that I just have really bad luck.

Only with modding. And it is more likely just lack of experience than lack of luck. It is really easy to mess up the game if you do not know exactly what you are doing. There is probably something simple that you overlooked. Get help on the modding forum. They have already pulled out their own hair, and can save you from the same fate.
