    I keep reading the description but can't get what they're going to do for me.

    I know the Artist Studio will also get you ancillaries (like the obvious one, "Artist") and I'm guessing but probably will get you some traits too. I wouldn't be surprised if the Alchemist's Lab does the same, but giving a boost to Gunpowder units is useful enough, right?

    Pretty much the Medieval 2 versions of the academy and ludus magna etc from Rome
    Cry God for Harry, England and Saint George!
