Equally important to being a Civitate is shaping TWC's future. One of the great things about the government, and the community, is that unlike other sites which I have been part of, the exemplary member (a Civitate and other elected positions) is actually able to have say in meaningful forum affairs. This does more than giving an important member a nice banner; it helps the community as a whole by giving input from all strata of the membership.
Ultimately, all of this amounts to the Civitate acting in the best interest of the site and community in all they do. By giving members some sort of vested interest, they have a much deeper attachment to the site. It is the individual Civitate's responsibility to act in that interest, and the collective responsibility of Civitates to make sure each member upholds that duty.

Finally, Professor420’s contribution to the Modding community is among the best.
First of all, he spent approximately a year working on the modification “The Fourth Age: Total War” , and spent much time as the art director of the mod and put a huge amount of effort into the mod.

Likely Professor’s most exceptional contribution to the total war community, however are his modeling tutorials, which have won accolade and nearly won him the recent TW Scholar award.

RTW Modeling Video Tutorials 1-3 Released
The first three of six, Professor plans to complete the final 3 soon, further enriching our modding community and greatly assisting many young and prospective modders.

I feel that, with his general skill of debate and artistic talent, Professor has helped to enrich both the Total War and Common Communities and would thus make an exceptional civitate in many aspects.

His record is pristine.

I have had some dealings with the proffesor on SCC. He's not a horrible poster, but he can get VERY abusive to people when in a debate and should be watched. That said, voted yes, hopefully won't have to worry about him.

I also have seen him get rathe abusive in debate, but that was not here at TWC. I hope he simply recognizes that TWC is a place where that will not be tolerated, and has adjusted. Wonderful modder, and solid posts here to boot.
