Look in the submods section, Ngugi's DCI Last Alliance submod has a picture of it in the first post (campaign map picture not battle map)
If you want battle map picture I saw it somewhere in the screenshot thread I believe

Yes it is included in 3.2. You can see a preview pic in the OP of the release thread.
Yes it's very small. The pics are kinda broken

You can view the ingame rebuild osgiliath in custom battle. Just select the Huge City gondor culture settlement, or Citadel.
