Re: Ιnstallation Issue
I'm now having this problem. I've looked for Rome, I've looked for BI, I've looked for RTW. I'm now getting a bunch of things telling me that they're not there, but it still won't install. I originally had it on Steam, and there's no creative Assembly folder under local/software.
I bought a hard copy of the games because I wanted to be able to play EB using Alex.exe and I couldn't get that to work with steam, since it's in program files and the EB mod tends to crash if it's played from there. Was hoping to install it all somewhere else, then just be able to play it without a problem. Uninstalled, using CC clean up, done the registry edit, nothing. Help, or advice on what to search for/how to use the regedit to make sure I got everything would be awesome right about now. Thanks.

Re: Ιnstallation Issue
Actually, nothing to worry about - apparently the game runs just fine if I have it installed on Steam, copy the folder onto the desktop, and from the CD drive access the game files and copy the exe into the desktop folder. Looks like I can play EB on Alex.exe after all!!

Re: Ιnstallation Issue
If it works, I'll be the last person to say something. Enjoy playing.
