All your boats are belong to lag
I tried searching for this topic to spare the trouble of being "that guy".....but I couldnt find anything that fits my issue.
Is there a way to decrease the number of trade/civilian boats on the campaign map? Whenever my camera is anywhere near Greece my performance slows down. I know I am trading via the sea, I dont need to see so many vessels. The trade/civilian boats are bigger than the previous patch and seem to be a lot more plentiful lol.
I absolutely love RSII and enjoy playing it. So my thanks and appreciation to all the members who worked on it. Thank you in advance for your help if theres anything that can be done about the boats.
I am running RSII 2.5. The launcher says RS 2.2B Rev, Launcher 1.2.2
1 Turn Campaign
No Stream
If theres any other technical information you need, let me know and I'll provide it.

Re: All your boats are belong to lag
As far as I am aware there is no way to reduce the number of ships in the trade lanes.
The number of ships is an indication of how much trade there is on that trade route. So, a lot of ships is usually a good sign.
The only thing that could be done is to remove them completety. I don't know if that is even possible.
Post your system specs (Dxdiag) and also let us know what graphic settings you are using in-game. Someone may be able to suggest something then.
