    Default RTW Crashes on Settlement Capture

    I just reinstalled RTW recently and have been playing through it completely Vanilla with no mods. I'm having a problem with one settlement (the one east of Patavium, forget the name), where the game keeps crashing when I take the settlement. I've starved them out, and on the turn that they surrender, I click on Exterminate and then the game consistently crashes.

    The settlement you are talking about is Segestica...
