This is great stuff. I would love to see more people involved in work for this mod. It still have so much potential enexplored, just look at this ungol orc, its amazing.

What about armored wargs and bears (beornings)?

Here is new unit /most detailed i have created/ untextured yet
Credits to KK for some parts of unit /sidearmor and helmet/
Tell me if someone want to texture some armor of the model since i dont have so much time

As I can see you have the necessary skills, maybe you are the chosen one to make beornings and armored wargs, LOL. Something that is a old dream of mine.
We already have spiers, something that is totally out of lore, but still no armored wargs and beornings.
I would really love to some the bear model in the battlefield.

Yep, orc factions are plain and generic..

A mouth-of-sauron general or super agent would add a little more flavor to mordor for example.
