I was hoping if you could give your blessing and permission to an Order that I hoped to establish

Henry's eybrow rises a notch.

An Order? Some details would be in order.

[Pinkerton]

You are indeed right, you majesty

He pauses

I wish to re-found the Order of Saint Lorentz, an Order dedicated to defend the Kingdom against foreign claimants, tyrants and usurpers. The Order was sadly disbanded due to one of the founding members was found guilty of murder and rape.

The problem was it's members, but it's mission was sacred and honorable. If the Order is refounded with good, just and pious gentlemen it will surely fit it's original purpose and will serve you, your highness, as a most loyal organization

[Jokern]

I would grant you the permission to refound the Order, but I cannot if you are currently the only member. Is there another that would like to found the Order with you?

[Pinkerton]

Indeed, Baron de Courtenay has showed interest when I asked him about it.

Richard bows his head to his cousin before taking a seat. He looks at His Majesty.

There was a recent raid along the Scottish-English borders, Your Majesty...in the county of Northumberland. It appears the Scots are definitely being backed by the Dauphine, Charles. It seems the source of our trouble is the Dauphine for two of the fronts.

This is most troublesome... it would seem that we need to either capture or kill the Dauphine.

If the Dauphine can be found and captured...which is the best option...we can conclude peaceful terms with the Scots and French, leaving the Irish alone.

Henry hands Richard the letter from the Duke of Burgundy.

Richard takes the letter and opens it, reading the contents quietly.

It would seem that the Dauphine may have money to support other armies, but not the support of powerful nobles. Perhaps we can use this to our advantage in forcing Charles to surface.

[Jokern]

If we beat the Scots and crush the rebellion in France, he will be pressured to aid them with more money. Then the rat will show its face and we'll get it, dead or alive. But a spy to find him and keep track on him would be a necessary precaution.

If we can force Charles to show his face, then we can ensure his downfall, Your Majesty.
