God Save the King!

So you've read the rules and information, and would like to join?

Well, this is how you do it;

1) Name
=> People want to know what to call your Character when they meet you. It can be as short or as long as you like.
2) Rank
=> The rank of your character. In GSTK, you start out as a freedman, the class of people just above the serfs and peasants.
3) Age
=> Age can be very important, especially in first appearances. A battle-hardened knight may react differently to a fresh-faced knight just earned his spurs than a venerable baron of many years. Your character will age at a rate of one year per real-time week.
4) Ethnicity
=> The people of England will react very differently to different people. Though they will be accustomed to seeing a man from any of the British Isles, they could well act with hostility towards the hated French, or become concerned in the presence of a Muslim. You will find that most characters will have Norman or English heritage.
5) Biography
=> This doesn't have to be long; three or four sentences can cover it all, in fact.. If you want to really expand and explore your Character, perhaps you may want to give him more of a back story. At any rate, this is where you explain what your Character or his family has been doing before entering the game.
6) Physical Appearance:
=>If you like, you can describe your character. This will make it easier for the rest of the players to interact with your character.

Biography:Descended from the House of Anjou and closely related to the Frankish Lords of Naples, Charles was born the son of a knight from a cadet branch of the family, and gained Rouen directly from the King through his service in the Hundred Years War.
He claims right to Le Comté d'Anjou and Le Duché d'Anjou, along with the throne of Naples.

He has had three wives, and each of them bore him one daughter and died in childbirth in success of each other.

Goals/Wishes:
- To cature Anjou and take up the title of Duc d'Anjou.
- He has a small claim on Naples, but only dreams of such ventures.

Biography: Robert is descended from the famous Latin emperors of Constantinople and the Dukes of Flanders, from the line of Pierre de Courtenay, the legitimised bastard of the Latin Emperor, who returned to his homeland in Flanders and took up the profession of a landed knight, fighting for his liege lord, the count of Artois. This branch of the family grew and prospered, and they fought alongside the French King for the first stages of the war, up until the Duke of Burgundy declared for the king of England. Robert and his troops joined with the English army at Agincourt, helping to hold a crucial section of the line in the battle. He privately captured the French Comte of Foix, ransoming him for a princely sum and securing himself a vast quantity of wealth. For his services in the battle, he was made baron of Norwich, and has loyally served King Henry and the Earl of Norfolk ever since.

Bio:
The De Verbeek family is a very old name of English/Norman nobility. Ever since the roaming knight David de Verbeek took up arms in the name of William the Conquerer, and fought at Hastings where he earned a barony, the De Verbeeks have steadily rose through the ranks of nobility, up to the year 1387, when the current Duke of Somerset had his title revoked for insolence, and the De Verbeeks who served as Earls under him, took over the title. Ever since, they have been Dukes in the name of the King of England. Recently, Duke Thomas de Verbeek passed away, and Bartholomew took his place, as he was the firstborn son.

Biography:Roman a somewhat wealthy huntsman from Spain, was born from a whore mother and a drunk father. Roman being a mistake was taken to a catholic orphanage and just dropped off at the front door. He never met his parents, after being in and out of jail for petty crimes he finally had enough money to go to England. Where he met his one true love, Veronica a farmers daughter she was 17 years old. Roman asked the girls father for her hand, and the father gave him a choice. Work on the farm for 5 years and he would be able to marry Veronica or leave and never see her again. Roman took the 5 years of work, and when the time went by the farmer honored his word, and married the two. They now have 2 kids and live on a large plot of land in Essex.

Henry is the second monarch on the English throne from the House of Lancaster. He is successfully leading England to victory in the war against France, winning a decisive victory at the battle of Agincourt in 1415.

Biography: Richard is the grandson of 2nd Duke of York, Edward of Langley and a rather influential individual with vast amounts of wealth due to his inheritance. He is related to the Plantagenets through his mother, Anne Mortimer, who was the great-granddaughter of Lionel of Antwerp, the last surviving son of Edward III Plantagenet. Richard has served loyally and faithfully to Henry V despite his father's unwise ambitions that led to his execution. Though the Duke was present at the Battle of Agincourt, the successes of that battle did not keep Richard on mainland Europe for long due to the rising Scottish threat. The Duke would then remove himself from the campaigns in France to watch the northern counties of England while Henry V was off conducting war.

Biography : The son of a French exiled nobleman for plotting against the crown, he would spend several years in Italy as a mercenary before heading north to England after the company he was in disbanded after the captain was slain in battle by an enemy city state's forces. Has managed to purchase a small estate on the border of Staffordshire and Shropshire to live from for now, while he serves a militia captain of the local town and plans his next move.

Biography: Treason, big spending and mismanagement let this noble family to ruin. Once a Norman family of standing, who came with king William from Normandy to England, to conquer the kingdom. His forefather married a Saxon heiress, who's family he had slaughtered in war en got her lands and family seat that way as a reward from William the conquer. However the de Beaumont quickly proved themselves ill rulers and are now among the improvised nobles families of the country.
William was born in this family and developed a arrogant manner. He usually overestimates himself and is usually wrong. His father arranged him to be a squire to the duke of Somerset. A position he is content with, for now, that is.

Name: Bran Ap Brychan

Short Biography: Bran's great, great, great, great, great grandfather, and also his namesake, was a key figure and hero of the Welsh during the time of the Norman Invasion of Wales in 1081. His grandfather's nickname was Rhy Bran y Hud, which meant King Raven, because of how he would swoop from the branches of forests to attack the Normans. Bran understands his strong heritage, and will do all that he can to become a prominent figure in England

Physical Appearance: About 5'10", with a square jaw, jet black hair, and with hazel eyes. He is not built like a tank, but he isn't spindly either.
