You say it works in single player, yet doesn't in hotseat... now this is a big fat turkey...

I assume everybody is working with the latest files... otherwise there WILL be malfunctions

Armoured Swordsmen were turned into a very limited AOR unit. But you should be able to train Armoured Spearmen, Pavise Crossbowmen, and stuff.

Ill remove the mod, get westeros again and re=add from scratch later today

BUT: either change the build points (remove em) for assaulting or find a new stannis.
I dont mind being the underdog with your modding but its a bit too much, with those rule restrictions it becomes pointless

Yeah, I was thinking the build points rule was a little too much , and makes little sense besides. Figure a full stack of Lannys besieging Pinkmaiden, held by a single militia unit... yet Lanny would have to sit around camp waiting to build stuff.

And when I said that hopefully everyone was playing with the newest files, I meant that there might have been some previous guy who could have used older files and caused everything to get rather messy...

Do I have your permission to check the save? You haven't made any moves as yet, but there might be player messages or stuff like that you don't want me to see.

EDIT: Dragonstone DOES have the advantage of having six recruitment slots. Citadels get five, fortresses four. Not much, but if you want to churn guys out...

Ill screen you my pool shortly, but i need 2 things to churn out men that i dont have.

1. Men, all unit pools will be empty in 1,5 turn ( only 2 max pool, will take TIME to replenish)
2. Money

Also, all units in 1 turn? Not a good idea
Theres no longer a diff between the save and my own created one with Cos4.

Is this as it should be? Also, ofc u can check, its turn 1 uncleared

Downloaded the save, it works just as intended for me. You are missing two units: Armoured Spearmen, and Pavise Crossbowmen.

About money... Well, Stannis didn't have much money either, though you could use a little more King's Purse

Use this EDB file (it's the one you have, in theory, but since the save works fine for me I can't help but think it must be something related to your install).

Paste in data folder.

EDIT: If this doesn't do the trick, I'll look further on it. But I must needs sleep now.

I see why you made the siege rules and I really like it but they are a bit too much. Maybe make a unit limit for when these rules are in play. (eg. must have 10 units in the settlement to force your enemy to build the appropriate amount of siege points)

People, I have only now fully realised (thanks to a good mug of yummy yummy cofee ), naval recruitment is as of now rather imbalanced. I've made a file changing only recruitment time of ships (3 turns for low tier, 4 medium tier, 5 advanced). leaving the rest as is.

Does everyone agree to this?
