These files are (almost) as balanced as they're ever going to be. So try them people.

Instructions:

1. Paste the files in the 'cosas' folder directly over a clean Westeros install, OR the install with my first files, either is fine.
2. Go to data/maps/base, and delete the map.rmv file. This is supremely important.

Still in need of an admin... I will finish the rules list later today, or tomorrow.

I made sure no one could recruit a lot there already. But yeah, maybe it makes sense as well.

I think hopeless said only mercs and levy spears for recruiting. He negated the citadel but the buidings still allow regular units

Loyalty was slightly decreased all across the board, watch out. Now lordships don't give loyalty, neither do they take it away.

Remember all units now take only 1 turn to train. However pools fill slightly slower.

You are partly mistaken, Ser.

It is true, I did not update the text, which still says lordships give a bonus to loyalty.

But if you had actually looked at your lords bannermen's loyalty stats, you would have realised everything works as intended

EDIT: Louis XVI, use these files. They should allow you to play your new install, so long as the folder is called 'Westerosi'

You won't lack for gold though. Joff is the smallest faction, but KL brings in a lot and has a couple well placed forts that make it easy to defend the city.

Plus Duskendale on very high taxes is a respectable source of income as well.

And if you capture some Tully settlements... well, I leave it at that

Joffrey is indeed a wealthy faction and it's definetly not the smallest one (Greyjoys, Stannis...)
I am playing as Joffrey in YBW2, and I'm definetly in a good financial position
