Why Jesus is white male?

Why he cant appear as a black male? Could I paint his picture as black male and put it in a church? In the end, it is just an appearance...

You could paint his picture however you want to. If you google Jesus and look for images from foreign countries, you'll find Jesus was a White, Black, Indian, Asian, Eskimo so... accuracy isn't really a huge concern when doing a portrait of Jesus.

It's only the western European artistic traditions that portrays him as tall and white and bearded.
In Ethiopia he is occasionally portrayed as being Black, in Asia he's Asian. In reality he was probably short, brown and hairy: like Danny DeVito, but skinnier.
I do four or five paintings of Jesus every year for various organisations and individuals, almost always they're self-portraits (as is traditional). To quote Oscar Wilde: "Any portrait painted with feeling is invariably a portrait of the artist, not the sitter".

It's cynical to follow the tradition of Durer, Da Vinci and Caravaggio?
The tradition of using oneself as the basis for a painting of Christ has been around for hundreds of years. It would be cynical to disregard such a long and rich tradition.

He's depicted as black in Africa, as Asian in China, and white in Europe. He's depicted however he needs to be the get the population to identify with him. Made it easier for Christianity to spread around the world.

It's not that His flesh was particularly significant that was just the clothing of God whatever he looked like. With that he could then relate to humans and suffer and die as a man you see.

It doesn't matter what race Jesus was really, plus when some guy/lady draws people like Chinese people all his/her life, Jesus looks Chinese when s/he draws him.
