Campaign questions

I'm currently playing a Baktria campaign on H/M using BI launch settings (version 1.2). So far, I ate up Seleucid lands from India to Babylon and exterminated the Pahlava. There are a couple of things that I'm not clear about:

1) Do my faction automatically declare war on the small, annoying, neutral faction stacks that seem to like wandering around my territory?

2) Why can I only get the Pezhetairoi only in Baktria (I government)and Mesopotamia (II government) and unable to get the Taxilan Agema* (I type government and the highest regional MIC built in Gandhara)? I've have no problem getting the Baktrian Agema from all my Homeland provinces.

*Btw, the Hetairoi Kataphraktoi bodyguard looks pretty cool. Kudos to the EB development team

No; you have to declare on them yourself (or have them declare on you).

2) Why can I only get the Pezhetairoi only in Baktria (I government)and Mesopotamia (II government)

There are only ... like, seven regions Pezhetairoi are recruitable in - two in Greece, one in Egypt, one in Syria, one or two in Mesopatamia, and Baktria. So ... yeah, that's why, I guess.

Dunno for the Taxilan Agema.
